In the heart of Patongo, Uganda, Hope Economy is working to build a new future through the power of education and skill-building. Our latest endeavor, a vocational school, will equip local men and women with the skills they need to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

Initially, we’ll focus on agriculture and construction, preparing students with the essential skills to cultivate sustainable resources and learn hands-on trade skills.

Expanding to include a livestock program, the school will empower students with expertise in animal husbandry, farm management, and food security.

The addition of beauty training, sewing skill development and other, less physical programs will ensure our balanced curriculum is beneficial to everyone.

Our Vocational Institute will be a thriving campus of 27 buildings—classrooms, dorms, a medical clinic, admin spaces, equipment shops, and outdoor facilities like a football field—each helping create a brighter future for students and their communities.
Every building represents a stepping stone toward better lives and costs $90,000 to build. With outdoor construction estimated at $235,000, this project needs Kingdom minded businesses to partner with us and make it happen.
